Ngoài việc vận dụng lý thuyết đã học vào trong thực tế thì tôi đã học hỏi và rút ra nhiều kinh nghiệm cho bản thân mình:

Ø  Thứ nhất đó là tính bài bản, ở đây tôi đã học được các sắp xếp trình tự công việc của một hướng dẫn khu được giao một chương trình du lịch. Tôi có thể biết được công việc gì cần làm trước và làm như thế nào. Trên thực tế điều này rất quan trọng và nó thể hiện riêng biệt với mỗi công ty khác nhau. Do vậy, ở bất kì công ty lữ hành nào bạn điều phải nắm được cách sắp xếp công việc mà mình thực tập bằng cách học hỏi các anh chị đi trước. Điều này sẽ giúp cho công việc của mình về sau

Ø  Thứ hai là tính chuyên nghiệp, ở mỗi công ty lữ hành thì tính chuyên nghiệp luôn được đề cao, điều này được thể hiện qua việc thị trường khách và đội ngũ hướng dẫn viên. Phải phân đúng hướng dẫn viên phù hợp với thị trường khác. Đây là yếu tố quan trọng quyết định đến sự thành công trong kinh doanh của mỗi doanh nghiệp du lịch. Đây là điều rất đáng để ta học hỏi vận dụng cho công việc sau này
