To get information from an organization, there is the common approach, such as format, collecting, storing, disseminating internal information. Here, I will be detailing every approach to be able to understand and use them in your work:Approach to Collection: it includes two ways to collect information: The hard approach: this approach is used when the information in the organization is clearly structured, can match the following situations:The constraints should be listed clearly and should meet the needs of the information correctly.The target is given is reasonable and clear.Need the solution.Soft approach: this approach is completely different than the hard approach. If the hard approach used for collection of the structure, the soft approach is used for unstructured collection. For example:The problem is not specifically and clearly, need a proper solution.The problem is strange and there is no clear standard.Barbie, the company's regulations, rules and policies are published openly and clearly. In addition, all employees in the company are allowed and have access to the policies easily. So, this is the hard approach to gathering information.In contrast, when leader or management in the wanted Barbie company reviews their staff regularly through work attitude, managers can observe and evaluate each employee to get a certain effect.
