Tham gia Xây dựng các quy định khung pháp lý (tiêu chuẩn) về quản lý và sử dụng dữ liệu đo đạc bản đồ nói chung và bản đồ địa chính nói riêng. Tham gia thành lập quy hoạch sử dụng đất của TP. HCM, tỉnh Đồng nai giai đoạn 2005-2015. Được Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường tặng bằng khen công nhận cho những đóng góp về việc cải tiến các thủ tục và quy trình xây dựng hệ thống bản đồ địa chính và cấp GCNQSD đất của bộ TNMT.
