- Hết thời hạn hiệu lực của hợp đồng mà hai bên không tiếp tục gia hạn. Khi đó Hai bên sẽ tiến hành đối chiếu công nợ, thực hiện việc thu hồi công nợ, giải quyết tồn kho và các vấn đề khác có liên quan và tiến hành thanh lý hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Expiry of the validity of the contract which the two parties no further renewal. Then the two sides will conduct against the public debt, made the recovery of the debt, solve inventory and other related problems and proceed to liquidate contracts.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- End of the validity period of the contract which the parties can not continue to extend. Meanwhile two sides will conduct debt comparison, make the collection of debts, solving inventory and other related issues and liquidate the contract.
