Khi hết thời hạn bảo hành, đơn vị thi công sẽ chuyển biên bản xác nhận công trình hoàn thành trách nhiệm bảo hành đến chủ đầu tư và để xác nhận hoàn thành trách nhiệm bảo hành theo quy định và giải ngân số tiền giữ lại trong thời gian bảo hành.

At the end of the warranty period, the contractor will forward the minutes confirmed complete works the warranty liability to the investor and to confirm completion of the prescribed warranty responsibility and disburse the amount withheld during the period of warranty.

Upon expiry of the warranty period, the construction unit will transfer record certifying completed works shall guarantee to the investors and to confirm completion of the warranty liability as prescribed and disbursed the amount retained in warranty period.
