Thủ tục công nhận kết quả hòa giải

Thủ tục công nhận kết quả hòa giải ngoài Tòa án lần đầu tiên được ghi nhận trong BLTTDS là điểm mới quan trọng, cần thiết có ý nghĩa trong việc khuyến khích hòa giải, hạn chế tranh chấp yêu cầu Tòa án giải quyết, nhằm khắc phục tình trạng sau khi các bên đã hòa giải theo quy định pháp luật nhưng không có cơ quan nào tổ chức thi hành kết quả hòa giải đó.
