Sonasea Residences là khu biệt thự cao cấp tọa lạc trên sườn núi Dương Tơ Huyện Đảo Phú Quốc Tỉnh Kiên Giang, phía Bắc giáp khu công viên cây xanh, phía Đông giáp núi Dương Tơ và Hồ Suối Lớn, Phía Nam giáp trục đường chính đảo và công viên cây xanh, phía Tây giáp đường Cửa Lấp An Thới (50m) và khu trung tâm Bãi Trường.
Dự án có tổng diện tích khoảng 61,7574 ha bao gồm 2 phần riêng biệt: phần địa hình bằng phẳng và phần địa hình trên đồi. Một số tiện ích chính của dự án:
Khu biệt thự đơn lập cao cấp
Khu thứ nhất nằm trên đồi về phía Bắc với diện tích từ 400m2 đến 1000m2, với các hình thức phong phú, hiện đại hài hòa với điều kiện địa hình tự nhiên. Đặc biệt có 01 biệt thự có diện tích 6168m2, cao 4 tầng được tách riêng ra không gian biệt lập có kiến trúc độc đáo tạo điểm nhấn cho khu đồi phía Bắc và khu vực.
