17.2.2 Sau 5 năm đầu kể từ Ngày Bắt Đầu, nếu sự kiện nêu tại Điều 17.2.1.a xảy ra nhiều lần (quá 5 lần/5 năm), Bên B có quyền thương lượng với Bên A về việc tiếp tục áp dụng quy định nêu tại Điều 17.2.1 cho giai đoạn 5 năm tiếp theo. Trong trường hợp hai bên không đàm phán thống nhất được về việc này thì Bên B được quyền chấm dứt Hợp Đồng như hết hạn.
