4.2.6- Tiến trình lấy mẫu
a. Nguyên liệu dạng bột, rắn
- Chuyển vào phòng lấy mẫu
- làm vệ sinh xung quanh thùng , bao chứa
- kiểm tra bên trong bằng cảm quan để phát hiện những bất thường
- trong trường hợp có bất thường, đóng thùng chứa và báo cáo cho trưởng phòng đảm bảo chất lượng, phó tổng giám đốc chất lượng
- cách lấy mẫu
+ mở niêm bao bì cấp II ( thùng, lọ , ..) chứa nguyên liệu
+kiểm tra và dùng tay hay dao , kéo đã sát trùng bằng cồn ethanol 70 ( hoặc isopropyl) mở bao bì cấp I khi bao bì này còn nguyên vẹn
+ quan sát kỹ lưỡng xem nguyên liệu có phù hợp với tính chất qui định không, nếu phù hợp với qui định dùng cây lấy mẫu, muỗng hay dao đã lau sạch bằng ethanol 70. tiến hành lấy mẫu ban đầu ở các điểm trên, giữa và đáy thùng (bao) nguyên liệu
+ phải lấy mẫu ban đầu kiểm vi sinh trước, hóa lý sau
+ cân lượng mẫu ban đầu, đóng nắp ( nút) và điền đầy đủ thông tin lên nhãn , nếu lấy lượng dôi ra so với qui định , không được trút trở lại
+ cột hay dán nhãn bao bì cấp I, phải chắc chắn rằng đã hoàn lại các túi hút ẩm đồi với các nguyên liệu hút ẩm trước khi đóng gói bao bì cấp II. Ghi lại các điều kiện, ngày lấy mẫu, ký tên lên nhãn lấy mẫu
+tháo găng tay cho vào túi nhựa cùng với các dụng cụ đã lấy mẫu, giấy lau, bông ( găng tay và các dụng cụ đã lấy mẫu ban đầu chỉ dùng một lần cho mỗi loại nguyên liệu)
+ đóng kín thùng chứa nguyên liệu
+ dán nhãn " đã lấy mẫu" lên thùng chứa nguyên liệu đã lấy mẫu
+ chuyển ra phòng đệm air lock và yêu cầu nhân viên kho chuyển nguyên liệu lại khu biệt trữ
+ làm vệ sinh LAF Lấy mẫu theo qui trình thao tác chuẩn phê duyệt và tắt điện
+ ghi biên bản lấy mẫu
b. nguyên liệu dạng lỏng
+nguyên liệu dạng lỏng, sệt chứa trong thùng dung tích lớn : lấy mẫu tại nơi biệt trữ , tránh nhiễm chéo
+ nắp đậy phải được làm vệ sinh sạch
+lắc thùng chứa nhiều lần để trộn nguyên liệu bên trong
+ dụng cụ lấy mẫu phải đảm bảo đến được khoảng 10cm hoặc ít hơn kể từ đáy của thùng chứa
+ phải cẩn thận khi dùng pipet để đảm bảo không bị vỡ trong quá trình lấy mẫu
+ nguyên liệu lỏng được chứa trong chai khô sạch , không sử dụng chai quá lớn so với lượng nguyên liệu
