Từ việc phân tích các chức năng được thực hiện, rủi ro giả định và các tài sản được sử dụng ở trên, chúng tôi nhận định Công ty là nhà sản xuất được cấp phép công nghệ sản xuất và lắp ráp các phụ tùng xe máy và ô tô, chủ yếu sản xuất theo đặt hàng đơn hàng xác nhận trướcdo các yếu tố sau:
- Công ty thực hiện các hoạt động thường xuyên như thu mua nguyên vật liệu, lên lịch sản xuất và quản lý hàng tồn kho. Công ty không sở hữu công nghệ riêng và có rủi ro hạn chế trong hoạt động R&D;
- Công ty mua công nghệ sản xuất các phụ tùng xe máy và ô tô được chuyển giao từ công ty mẹ (Sakura Nhật Bản);
- Tất cả việc thu mua nguyên vật liệu chính được đảm bảo bằng giao dịch đặt hàng trước.
- Công ty không tham gia vào việc phân phối và tiếp thị cho khách hàng cuối cùng (hay người sử dụng cuối cùng) của sản phẩm.
- Công ty không có tài sản vô hình.
