The bonus is the money that the bank paid to employees, the accomplishments and their contributions exceeding prescribed levels. Bonuses are paid periodically or at the end of last quarter, or irregular payments in recognition of outstanding achievements, such as completing the work targets ahead of time, fulfill the assigned plan.
If the reward is right, the staff can contribute to increase efforts led to the success of the organization, whereas if the reward is not satisfactory psychological causes annoyance to those who are waiting, period expectations are rewarded and can cause a sense of frustration.
