Kết thúc năm tài chính, căn cứ vào kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh trong năm và chính sách cổ tức đã đươc Đại hội đồng cổ đông năm trước thông qua, Hội đồng quản trị sẽ đề xuất việc trả cổ tức của cả năm, và thông qua kế hoạch dự kiến trả cổ tức của công ty trong năm tiếp theo. Cổ tức được trả tới các cổ đông thông qua tài khoản lưu ký cổ đông tại đơn vị nhận lưu ký cổ phiếu của công ty, hoặc trụ sở của công ty.
