Mô tả: Có hiện tượng mất gói tin 200/1triệu - khoảng 0,009%
Nguyên nhân: Do mất ổn định của VRPP của switch Dell.
Giải pháp: Mua thêm cáp stack của switch dell rồi cấu hình lại route metric hoặc thay switch dell bằng switch HP hoặc switch cisco. Hiện tại, bên đầu mối bên VTG đang đi bán hàng tại tỉnh + thị trường đang tập trung mấy chính sách KD mới nên chưa có thời gian fix lỗi.
