Chất lượng báo cáo tài chính luôn được quan tâm trong công tác kế toán bởi nó ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến lợi ích của các đối tượng sử dụng thông tin. Đặc biệt trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa khi việc tăng cường liên kết giữa các doanh nghiệp là yếu tố quan trọng trong tiến trình hội nhập thì ngoài vai trò cung cấp thông tin cho các đối tượng sử dụng, báo cáo tài chính của doanh nghiệp có chất lượng sẽ tạo uy tín cho doanh nghiệp đó trong quá trình liên doanh, liên kết, thu hút vốn đầu tư…góp phần tạo môi trường kinh doanh trong sạch, lành mạnh. Từ đây, tác giả tập trung nghiên cứu cơ sở lý luận về chất lượng báo cáo tài chính, thực trạng chất lượng báo cáo tài chính của các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam, từ đó đưa ra một số gợi ý nhằm nâng cao chất lượng báo cáo tài chính của các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam hiện nay.

From here, the authors focused on the rationale for quality financial reporting, real quality of financial statements of businesses in Vietnam, thereby giving some suggestions to improve the quality report financial statements of Vietnam enterprises at present.
