9.2. Nếu Chủ đầu tư yêu cầu Nhà thầ

9.2. Nếu Chủ đầu tư yêu cầu Nhà thầu cho một cán bộ/nhân viên của Nhà thầu thôi việc với lý do chính đáng, thì Nhà thầu phải bảo đảm rằng người đó sẽ rời khỏi công trường trong vòng 01 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư và không còn được thực hiện bất kỳ công việc nào liên quan đến hợp đồng.

9.2.
