- Hoạt động khai thác nguồn tài nguyên du lịch
ở thành phố Đà Nẵng đang diễn ra ồ ạt trong những
năm gần đây. Phát triển cần có sự đầu tư khai thác các
nguồn tài nguyên. Hoạt động du lịch có mức độ khai
thác nhanh hơn, nhiều hơn nhưng hiệu quả mang lại
không cao. Do vậy, cần phải tránh đi vết xe đổ của
nhiều nơi khi diễn ra xây dựng bê tông ồ ạt, khai thác
du lịch bừa bãi, gây suy thoái môi trường nghiêm
trọng.
- Công tác quản lý hiện nay còn chồng chéo, chưa
thể hiện trách nhiệm rõ ràng, nhận thức về khai thác,
bảo vệ nguồn tài nguyên còn hạn chế; cần có sự phối
hợp giữa các ngành chức năng, cộng đồng địa phương,
các doanh nghiệp và chính du khách là cần thiết để
góp phần bảo vệ hiệu quả các nguồn tài nguyên du
lịch, đáp ứng phát triển du lịch bền vững.
- Thành phố chưa đánh giá được mức độ xuống cấp
của các khu du lịch, các khu bảo tồn biển. Công tác
bảo tồn hiện đang có nhiều bất cập, cần có điều chỉnh
trong công tác quy hoạch để có kế hoạch bảo tồn cụ
thể cho từng khu du lịch.
