Tình hình giảng dạy tiếng Anh trong các trường ĐH không chuyên ngữ ở VN có thể gói gọn ở một vài điểm như sau:

Thứ nhất, thời lượng đào tạo tiếng Anh không đủ để đào tạo 100% sinh viên của trường khi ra trường có trình độ mà các nhà tuyển dụng yêu cầu. Thực tế cho thấy cả giảng viên và sinh viên ở các trường này đều không có đủ thời gian để đào tạo và tiếp thu kiến thức một cách trọn vẹn.
