Today I am writing this letter to send to the hotel's management. I am the customer here. States thought at the end of last week I was in the room at the hotel floor 3 410. Air conditioning in the room I was in. I quote an extra service of hotels. But I don't see anyone come to repair it again. I feel very frustrating with the hotel's service attitude. I'm not doing great stories should write this letter to give to the management of the hotel.
