Về công tác quản lý môi trường: dựa trên mục tiêu chung của Dự án về

giảm thiểu dịch bệnh, hạn chế ô nhiễm môi trường nên các hoạt động được thiết

kế triển khai trong thời gian qua nhằm hướng đến mục tiêu trên. Tuy nhiên, các

năm đầu của dự án còn gặp nhiều lúng túng và chưa thống nhất nên hiệu quả tác

động chưa lớn. Từ năm 2015, với sự hướng dẫn của PCU thì các chương trình

giám sát dịch bệnh và quan trắc môi trường đã phát huy hiệu quả tốt và góp

phần rất lớn trong việc hỗ trợ nâng cao các chỉ số giám sát của Hợp phần.
