- Kể từ ngày Bên A nhận đủ số tiền

- Kể từ ngày Bên A nhận đủ số tiền đặt cọc, nếu Bên A đổi ý không cho thuê nhà hoặc không bàn giao nhà thì phải trả lại tiền đặt cọc và bồi thường cho Bên B. Nếu Bên B đổi ý không thuê thì sẽ mất toàn bộ tiền đặt cọc
- Tiền đặt cọc sẽ được trừ dần vào tiền thuê khách sạn trước khi hợp đồng hết hạn

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
