Trong quá trình đổi mới căn bản toàn diện giáo dục đào tạo nhằm tạo ra sự chuyển biến mạnh mẽ về chất lượng và hiệu quả giáo dục thì ưu tiên số một là phát triển đội ngũ, và biện pháp chủ yếu được lựa chọn là tổ chức bồi dưỡng dưới các hình thức khác nhau. Bài viết trình bày kết quả chính về thực trạng và nguyên nhân lỗi kĩ thuật nghề nghiệp ở trên lớp của giáo viên tiểu học, đồng thời đề xuất một số biện pháp khắc phục lỗi, đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển giáo dục phổ thông trong giai đoạn mới.
