- Số lượng bộ bản vẽ:
+ Báo cáo công ty Sacomreal 06 bộ (A3 màu)
+ Báo cáo Sở ban ngành - UBND: 20 bộ (A3 màu)
- 02 đĩa CD chứa toàn bộ dữ liệu (file ảnh, 2D, 3D, phim 1 phút)
- Thành phần bản vẽ:
+ Tổng mặt bằng;
+ Mặt bằng các tầng, mặt bằng tổng thể tầng trệt – mái toàn dự án, mặt đứng, mặt cắt các trục đường…;
+ Thuyết minh tóm tắt ý tưởng thiết kế có minh họa bằng hình ảnh và các số liệu tính toán cho từng nhóm công trình và cho toàn khu, căn cứ theo nhiệm vụ quy hoạch đã được duyệt, Quyết định số 4985/QĐ-UBND NGÀY 02/11/2009 của UNBD thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
+ Khái toán giá trị đầu tư;
Phối cảnh tổng thể, các góc, phim giới thiệu cảnh quan dự án mà Tư vấn đề xuất và muốn làm rõ ý tưởng thiết kế.

Mục 3: Tiến độ công việc của Tư vấn thiết kế

* Thời điểm bắt đầu: 28/06/2016
- Thiết kế ý tưởng báo cáo lần 1 cho Chủ đầu tư: 14 ngày;
- Thiết kế ý tưởng báo cáo lần 2 cho Chủ đầu tư: 7 ngày;
- Thiết kế ý tưởng báo cáo lần 3 cho Chủ đầu tư: 7 ngày;
- Hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ thiết kế ý tưởng chuẩn bị báo cáo UBND TP.HCM: 7 ngày

Ghi chú:
Bảng tiến độ công việc không bao gồm khoảng thời gian xem xét, chỉnh sửa và phê duyệt từ Chủ đầu tư.
