questionnaire được xây dựng dựa trên các yêu tố của mô hình SERVPERF (Parasuraman & ctg 1988). Các câu hỏi sẽ được trình bày theo thứ tự của mô hình và sẽ được trình bày bằng tiếng anh. Những bản copy cứng của bản khảo sát sẽ được gửi về cho các khách hàng tại nhà hoặc làm tại trụ sở công ty tại Quảng Nam. Các câu hỏi sẽ dễ dàng giúp cho khách hàng đánh giá được mức độ hài lòng của họ đối với công ty. Bản khảo sát sẽ được chúng tôi làm trên excel sau đó hoàn thiện trên Google form, từ đây sẽ in ra làm các bản khảo sát.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
