o Cấy và ủ trong môi trường chọn lọc (Canh thang EC): Dùng que cấy cấy những ống Durham sinh khí hoặc ống nghiệm bị đục vào canh thang EC. Ủ ống canh thang EC này ở 440C trong 24->48  2h. Nếu thấy ống Durham sinh khí hoặc ống nghiệm bị đục thì tiếp tục cấy sang môi trường nước pepton.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
