Sau khi được UBND tỉnh cấp phép đầu tư, từ tháng 4.2015, Công ty Delta Galil Việt Nam đã tiến hành xây dựng nhà máy tại Cụm công nghiệp Cát Trinh, gồm các hạng mục: nhà làm việc, nhà xưởng may có quy mô 1.200 đầu máy, nhà xưởng dệt có quy mô 120 máy, khu kỹ thuật nhuộm và xử lý nước thải công nghiệp; tường rào, cổng ngõ và hệ thống công trình phụ… Bên cạnh đó, từ đầu năm 2016, doanh nghiệp cũng đã nhập và lắp máy cho các dây chuyền sản xuất, đồng thời tiến hành tuyển dụng và đào tạo công nhân. Trong quá trình đầu tư và xây dựng nhà máy, chủ đầu tư đã được chính quyền địa phương tạo điều kiện trong việc bàn giao mặt bằng, cung cấp điện, nước… nên đến tháng 8.2016, nhà máy đã cơ bản hoàn thành và đi vào hoạt động sản xuất tại các phân xưởng may, dệt, tạo việc làm và thu nhập ổn định cho 400 công nhân.
