Số thịt gà này của bà Phạm Thị Liệu (1978), trú tại tổ 3, khu 5A, phường Cẩm Trung, thành phố Cẩm Phả.Tại nhà bà Liệu, lực lượng công an phát hiện 46kg thịt gà đã qua sơ chế, để cạnh rãnh nước thải, không đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm. Qua điều tra, bà Liệu thừa nhận rằng số thịt gà trên mua của một người đàn ông không quen biết với giá 50.000 đồng/kg, không có bất cứ hóa đơn, giấy tờ chứng minh nguồn gốc xuất xứ. Sau khi qua sơ chế, bà sẽ đưa số thịt gà trên ra chợ tiêu thụ với giá 90.000 đồng/kg.
