SƠN HÀ – CON ĐƯỜNG TÔI YÊU
Đó là tên gọi cho chương trình Tổng kết cuối năm 2011 của Sơn Hà Corp vào ngày 17/1/2012 (Tức ngày 24 tháng chạp âm lịch). Để chuẩn bị cho buổi lễ được diễn ra một cách chu đáo nhưng ấm áp, BTC đã phải lập thành nhiều tiểu ban phụ trách từng mảng khác nhau như Tiểu ban hậu cần; Tiểu ban Văn nghệ - giải trí; Tiểu ban An ninh… Mỗi thành viên trong từng tiểu ban được giao những nhiệm vụ cụ thể chi tiết để tránh bỏ sót những công việc ngoài mong muốn.

Và thế là trước ngày diễn ra chương trình Sơn Hà – Con đường tôi yêu gần 1 tháng, Ban tổ chức thông báo đến các Phòng, ban, phân xưởng để tất cả mọi người cùng nhau chuẩn bị. Các tiểu ban đã lên các kế hoạch cụ thể và cùng nhau chuẩn bị thật chu đáo các phần việc của tiểu ban mình. Tiểu ban hậu cần thì cẩn thận tìm những đối tác tin cậy để chuẩn bị cho các phần ăn uống sao cho thật chu đáo, đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm. Tiểu ban an ninh cũng phân chia những nhiệm vụ cụ thể cho từng thành viên để làm sao giữ được trật tự, an toàn trong buổi lễ. Nhưng nhộn nhịp và vui hơn cả có lẽ là công tác chuẩn bị các tiết mục văn hóa văn nghệ của tiểu ban Văn nghệ - giải trí, rất nhiều các tiết mục được tập luyện công phu chỉ chờ đến thời khắc biểu diễn mà ai ai cũng háo hức đón xem.

Buổi lễ tổng kết năm 2011 được chính thức bắt đầu từ 17h00 ngày 17/1/2012 tại trước trụ sở Nhà máy Diễn – Lô 2 CN1, Cụm CN vừa và nhỏ Từ Liêm, Minh Khai, Từ Liêm, Hà Nội với sự góp mặt của rất nhiều các vị đại biểu, các vị khách quý, BLĐ công ty và gần 800 CBNNV trong công ty. Trước đó hơn 30p, những tiết mục văn nghệ như hát, đọc thơ, độc tấu đàn bầu do chính các cán bộ công nhân viên trong công ty được tập luyện 1 cách chu đáo đã biểu diễn và rất nhiều người hưởng ứng.

Buổi lễ bắt đầu với màn nhảy macarena nhộn nhịp, đầy nhiệt huyết của chính các cán bộ công nhân viên. Màn nhảy được coi như màn trống hội đón xuân thật rộn ràng, mê say.

Bài phát biểu tổng kết năm 2011 của TGĐ Lê Hoàng Hà và định hướng cho năm 2012 của Sơn Hà Corp cũng được chia sẻ trong buổi lễ. Chủ tịch HĐQT Lê Vĩnh Sơn cũng đã phát biểu những lời tâm huyết và chính thức khai tiệc cho buổi lễ. Để lựa chọn ra được những thành viên ưu tú nhận những giải thưởng giá trị như trên, các TBP và BLĐ đã cùng nhau họp và lựa chọn, bỏ phiếu một các công bằng và chính xác. Giải triển vọng được trao cho Giám đốc Ngành hàng Gia dụng – Ông Nguyễn Hoàng Duy. Giải Sáng tạo được trao cho Giám đốc IT – Bà Võ Thị Kim Anh. Giải Xuất sắc được trao cho Ông Đàm Quang Hùng – Phó tổng giám đốc phụ trách vật tư. Và Nhân vật của năm 2011 được trao cho một nhân vật nữ, đó chính là Bà Phạm Thị Thanh Hà – Phó tổng Giám đốc phụ trách Tài chính.

Đan xen những bài phát biểu của BLĐ, phần trao giải cho các cá nhân, tập thể khá, giỏi, xuất sắc là những màn hát múa đầy sôi động tạo thêm không khí nhộn nhịp và đầy hứng khởi, mọi người ai ai cũng tò mò không biết sau phần tiết mục này sẽ đến phần gì. Đặc biệt, phần trình chiếu clip trong buổi lễ được mọi người háo hức hơn cả. Bài hát Đứa bé được trình chiếu vang lên trong buổi lễ với giọng hát của gần 60 cán bộ công nhân viên công ty làm cho mọi khoảng cách được rút ngắn, mặc cho gió rét, mặc cho những bộn bề của một năm cũ sắp qua, chỉ còn lại đây ở thời khắc này là tình người ấm áp vàsự sẻ chia.
