Thu thập các mẫu cá và thực nghiệm phân tích kích hoạt neutron đối với từng mẫu.
Xử lý số liệu thực nghiệm, đánh giá hàm lượng hai nhóm nguyên tố dinh dưỡng và độc hại trong các mẫu cá phổ biến, từ đó tính toán ảnh hưởng của các nhóm nguyên tố này đến cơ thể con người, so sánh với tiêu chuẩn IOM và WHO.
