• Beân B coù traùch nhieäm giao haøng ñuùng theo ñieàu 3 cuûa hôïp ñoàng. Neáu khoâng ñuùng thôøi haïn phaûi baùo ngay cho beân A va ñöôïc söï chaáp thuaän cuûa beân A. Giao haøng khoâng ñuùng haïn beân B seõ bò phaït 1% cho 01 ngaøy treã haïn vaø khoâng quaù 3 ngaøy.
