(a) Việc thanh toán có thể chậm hơn

(a) Việc thanh toán có thể chậm hơn không quá 3 (ba) ngày (kể cả ngày nghỉ) kể từ ngày đến hạn thanh toán tương ứng với mỗi Đợt được quy định tại Điều 3 của Hợp đồng này. Trường hợp thanh toán chậm quá 3 (ba) ngày so với ngày đến hạnh thanh toán tương ứng với mỗi Đợt, Khách hàng phải chịu phạt lãi quá hạn 0.05%/ngày trên giá trị Hợp đồng đến hạn phải thanh toán. Thời điểm bắt đầu tính lãi phạt là ngày đầu tiên Khách hàng vi phạm thời hạn thanh toán tương ứng với mỗi Đợt thanh toán.
