2.3.2 Giấy đăng ký kiểm tra thực phẩm nhập khẩu
Bộ hồ sơ đăng ký kiểm tra thực phẩm nhập khẩu gồm:
- Giấy đăng ký kiểm tra thực phẩm nhập khẩu theo Phụ lục I ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 28/2013/TT-BCT
- Bản sao có chứng thực Giấy tiếp nhận công bố hợp quy hoặc Giấy xác nhận công bố phù hợp quy định về an toàn thực phẩm do Bộ Y tế hoặc cơ quan có thẩm quyền được Bộ Y tế ủy quyền cấp;
- Bản sao công chứng Hợp đồng nhập khẩu hàng hóa (Contract), danh mục hàng hóa kèm theo (Packing list);
- Bản sao có chứng thực và có xác nhận của tổ chức, cá nhân nhập khẩu: Vận đơn (Bill of Lading); hóa đơn (Invoice); tờ khai hàng hóa nhập khẩu.
Nhân viên giao nhận của công ty sẽ mang bộ hồ sơ nộp và đóng nộp hồ sơ tại Chi cục an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm hoặc cục An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm
2.3.3 Thuê phương tiện vận tải và mua bảo hiểm

Hầu hết hàng hóa đều được vẫn chuyển bằng tàu biển, công ty thường ký hợp đồng nhập khẩu theo điều kiện CIF, do đó nghĩa vụ thuê tàu thuộc về bên đối tác nươc ngoài vì công ty chưa có kinh nghiệm thuê tàu vận chuyển nhiều.

Do điều kiện nhập khẩu là theo điều kiện CIF cho nên nước xuất khẩu sẽ mua bảo hiểm.
