-Việc bất kỳ Bên nào không yêu cầu Bên kia thực hiện một nghĩa vụ tại một thời điểm không được xem là miễn cho Bên kia thực hiện nghĩa vụ đó về sau. Việc bất kỳ Bên nào chấp nhận bất kỳ khoản thanh toán nào cũng không được xem là Bên đó sẽ từ bỏ quyền tiến hành các biện pháp xử lý theo quy định tại hợp đồng đối với bất kỳ vi phạm nào của Bên kia.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
