 Công nhân điều khiển máy vận thăng lồng phải được đào tạo và huấn luyện kỹ thuật an toàn, được cấp thẻ an toàn và được giao nhiệm vụ bằng văn bản. Đơn vị quản lý máy vận thăng phải có biện pháp quản lý hiệu quả, không để người không có trách nhiệm, không qua đào tạo tự vận hành máy.
