Thư bảo lãnh này sẽ tự động chấm dứ

Thư bảo lãnh này sẽ tự động chấm dứt hiệu lực vào thời điểm kết thúc thời hạn hiệu lực; hoặc khi Quý Công ty có văn bản hủy bỏ/không chấp nhận Thư bảo lãnh; hoặc có văn bản đồng ý miễn thực hiện nghĩa vụ bảo lãnh cho VietABank; hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật cho dù bản gốc Thư bảo lãnh này có được hoàn trả cho VietABank hay không

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Letter of guarantee will be automatically terminated in force at the time of the end of validity period; or when your company has a written cancellation/do not accept letters of guarantee; or have the text agree long service guarantee for VietABank; or in accordance with the law whether original Letters of guarantee has been reimbursed for VietABank or not

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

This Guarantee will automatically invalidated at the end of the validity period; or if your company has written cancellation / non-acceptance letter of guarantee; or with written consent exemption perform guarantee obligations for Issuer; or as prescribed by law whether the original letter of guarantee may be reimbursed for VietABank or not
