Nguyên tắc phát triển
Nguyên tắc phát triển của Công ty phù hợp với Chiến lược phát triển của Tổng Công ty Công nghiệp ô tô Việt Nam : Phát triển nhanh, mạnh, bền vững; lấy con người làm yếu tố căn bản, uy tín và niềm tin đối với khách hàng làm động lực phát triển và lấy hiệu quả và năng lực cạnh tranh làm cơ sở đánh giá mọi hoạt động.
3. Mục tiêu cụ thể:
a.Đối với lĩnh vực thi công xây lắp
- Đối với lĩnh vực giao thông, thủy lợi, hạ tầng kỹ thuật: Không ngừng nâng cao năng lực, kinh nghiệm, từng bước phát triển , đặt ra các chỉ tiêu trong giai đoạn từ năm 2010-2016 phấn đấu thực hiện doanh thu đạt 350 tỷ đồng.
- Đối với lĩnh vực xây lắp các dự án Công nghiệp: Tập trung lực lượng thực hiện thành công các dự án công nghiệp trọng điểm của trong ngành ,ngoài ngành và tiến tới đảm nhận thực hiện các dự án công nghiệp.
- Đào tạo, tuyển chọn và phát triển lực lượng,công nghệ quản lý dự án để Công ty Cổ phần cơ khí và xây dựng công trình trở thành nhà thầu có đủ khả năng thực hiện trọn gói các dự án giao thông, thủy lợivà công trình công nghiệp.
b. Lĩnh vực Xây lắp điện, điện điều khiển và tự động hóa
- Tập trung vào các dự án điện và khí của tập đoàn Dầu khí ,kết hợp các hãng nước ngoài để làm phần động hóa, dự kiến doanh thu khoảng 150 tỷ đồng .
- Nghiên cứu đầu tư các nhà máy Sản xuất, chế tạo, lắp đặt các kết cấu xây dựng kim loại cho các công trình xây dựng dân dụng, công nghiệp, đường bộ sản xuất tại địa bàn Hà Nội để cung cấp các sản phẩm kết cấu phục vụ các công trình cho Công ty và một phần cung ứng ra thị trường bên ngoài. Triển khai đầu tư nhà máy sản xuất Tủ điện, Tôn hộ lan đường,Hệ thống thang máng cáp công trình phấn đấu thực hiện doanh thu đạt 50 tỷ đồng.
- Đầu tư nâng cao năng lực thiết bị thi công: mua sắm các thiết bị mới hiện đại để đủ năng lực cạnh tranh với các đơn vị xây lắp khác.
c. Thi công lắp đặt các hệ thống cơ - điện - viễn thông cho các công trình xây dựng
Tập trung các dự án có quy mô lớn; Liên doanh, liên kết với các đối tác nước ngoài như ABB,EMERSON vv
