1.3. Quá trình phát triển
Ngày 20 tháng 4 năm 2009, công ty thành lập và chính thức đi vào hoạt động. Với số vốn ban đầu chỉ vỏn vẹn 1 tỷ đồng, trong những năm đầu kinh doanh, công ty gặp không ít khó khăn về nguồn tài lực, nguồn nhân lực, hệ lực,….. cũng như về việc tạo dựng tên tuổi và lòng tin đối với khách hàng.
Qua 7 năm đi vào hoạt động, nhờ vào tinh thần trách nhiệm, uy tín và sự tận tâm trong mỗi công trình dù là nhỏ nhất, công ty đã thành công với hàng trăm công trình dân dụng lớn nhỏ. Từ đó, uy tín, thương hiệu và quy mô công ty ngày càng phát triển bền vững, tạo được sự tin tưởng cho khách hàng về chất lượng công trình cũng như tiến độ thi công.
Với số lượng lao động ban đầu chỉ gồm 40 người, tính tới hiện nay số lượng lao động đã lên tới hơn 200 người chưa tính các lao động thi công các hạng mục khác như: đội sơn nước, đội điện nước, đội đóng gạch, các lao động thời vụ khác… Tay nghề của lao động luôn được quan tâm, trau dồi và nâng cao lên theo thời gian để đáp ứng được yêu cầu ngày càng cao của khách hàng.
Điểm mốc của công ty trong suốt thời gian hoạt động là trở thành chủ thầu thiết kế và thi công chính cho đường hoa Biên Hòa Đồng Nai. Với bước tiến đó,công trình này đã một lần nữa khẳng định uy tín và sự trưởng thành của công ty.
