Đối tượng nghiên cứu của đề tài là sinh viên năm 3 của trường ĐH HUBT. Kết quả điều tra cho thấy trình độ tiếng anh của sinh viên chi mới đạt trong khoảng 400-450 toeic. Đây là mức rất thấp so với các trường khác.

The object of the research subject is a 3 year students of University HUBT. The result of the investigation shows the English level of students in new spending about 400-450. This is a very low level compared with other schools.
