Ngoài ra, Thủ tướng Chính phủ cũng đã ban hành Quyết định số 58/2013/QÐ-TTg thay thế Quyết định 193 trước đây về Quỹ bảo lãnh tín dụng cho DNVVN. Theo đó, các địa phương đẩy nhanh thành lập Quỹ tín dụng hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp để có thể bảo đảm nguồn vốn vay hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp sản xuất, kinh doanh.
