2.3 Bên C:
- Tiếp nhận và kế thừa toàn bộ quyền và nghĩa vụ được ghi trong hợp đồng số 06/2015/HĐ-TKQH/VN-MD với Bên B;
- Thanh toán phần giá trị hợp đồng cho bên A tương ứng với số tiền bên A đã thanh toán cho bên C trước thời điểm bàn giao nghĩa vụ thực hiện hợp hợp đồng;
- Quyết toán và thanh toán phần giá trị còn lại của hợp đồng với bên C sau khi nhận bàn giao quyền và nghĩa vụ thực hiện hợp đồng;
