       Trên toàn bộ bề mặt  trái đất của chúng ta thì biển chiếm 71% về diện tich và nó đóng vai trò rất quan trọng trong đời sống con người . Nhưng giờ đây biển đã dần bị ô nhiễm 
1. THẾ NÀO LÀ MÔI TRƯỜNG BIỂN ?
- ô nhiễm môi trường biển là hiện tượng nồng độ các chất ô nhiễm trong nước biển và nồng độ chất tích tụ trong trầm tích biển gia tăng . hoặc hệ sinh thái biển giảm trữ lượng sinh vật biển giảm , hiện tượng như thuỷ triều đỏ xảy ra nhiều và tích tụ nhiều trầm tích ở trong các sản phẩm lấy từ biển 
11.NGUYÊN NHÂN GÂY RA Ô NHIỄM MÔI TRƯỜNG BIỂN LÀ GÌ ?
   1, Do yếu tố tự nhiên : 
               Do các loại vi sinh vật biển, vi tảo biển ngày càng gia tăng về số lượng, tham gia vào hiện tượng thủy triều đỏ, làm suy giảm các sinh vật biển có lợi. Các hoạt động địa chất như núi lửa, bão…làm chết hàng loạt sinh vật biển, xác chết của chúng không được xử lý đã gây ô nhiễm vùng biển đới bờ. Ngoài ra sự đứt gãy của vỏ trái đất làm rò rỉ những mỏ dầu ở đáy đại dương cũng đã góp phần gây ra tình trạng ô nhiễm biển… Nguyên nhân gây ô nhiễm biển Việt Nam  
     2,Do yếu tố con người:  
               Cấc chất thải từ đất liền Các nguồn ô nhiễm từ lục địa theo sông ngòi mang ra biển như dầu và sản phẩm từ dầu, nước thải, phân bón nông nghiệp, thuốc trừ sâu, chất thải công nghiệp…… Nguyên nhân gây ô nhiễm biển và đại dương có nguồn gốc từ đất liền, xuất phát từ các chất xả thải của các thành phố, thị xã, thị trấn, từ các ngành công nghiệp, xây dựng, hoá chất...trong đó đáng kể nhất và nguy hại nhất là các chất thải từ các nhà máy thông qua hệ thống cống rãnh, xả thải ra biển và đại dương một lượng lớn các chất bồi lắng, hoá chất, kim loại, nhựa, cặn dầu và thậm chí cả các chất phóng xạ

Tình trạng ô nhiễm môi trường biển còn do các địa phương khai thác, sử dụng không hợp lý các vùng đất cát ven biển dẫn tới việc thiếu nước ngọt, xói lở, sa bồi bờ biển với mức độ ngày càng nghiêm trọng. Việc khai thác bằng đánh mìn, sử dụng hoá chất độc hại làm cạn kiệt nhanh chóng nguồn lợi thuỷ sản và gây hậu quả nặng nề cho các vùng sinh thái biển.
      Không chỉ vậy , hoạt động vận tải là một trong những nguyên nhân quan trọng gây ra ô nhiễm môi trường biển . Rò rỉ dầu , sự cố tràn dầu của các tàu thuyền trên biển thường chiếm 50 %  gây ra sự ô nhiễm môi trường biển . Các vụ đắm thuyền của những chiếc thuyền chở hàng hoá và hoá chất độc hại .
111. HIỆN TRẠNG Ô NHIỄM MÔI TRƯỜNG BIỂN :
    Một số vùng biển đã lên mức báo động đỏ trong đó có Việt Nam
   Ô nhiễm môi trường biển lên mức báo động đỏ tại Phú Yên ở môi trường biển Cát Bà .
   Các bãi biển ko còn màu trong xanh mà chỉ còn màu đen ngòm và rác nổi lềnh đềnh .
 Theo thống kê của sở tự nhiên môi trường thì  nước biển ở khu vực bị ô nhiễm đã nhiễm loang ra hơn 300 Vũng Tàu đang bị ô nhiễm . 
1V . VẬY HẬU QUẢ CỦA VIỆC Ô NHIỄM MÔI TRƯỜNG ĐÓ LÀ GÌ ?
 -     Cạn  kiệt những loài tôm giống và đàn cá gần bờ 
-      Mất tính đa dạng sinh học do ô nhiễm biển , phá huỷ môi trường sống và nơi cư trú như rừng ngập mặn 
-     Ảnh hưởng tới việc nuôi trồng thuỷ sản ven bờ gây bệnh làm chết cá tôm 
-     Biển bị ô nhiễm ảnh hưởng tới đời sống con người
-     Nhiều loài cá tự tử hàng loạt 

 V . GIẢI PHÁP : 
 Những hậu quả Ấy như tiếng chuông báo động tới mỗi chúng ta cần phải bảo vệ môi trường biển . 
         Trước hết , tiếp tục hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật về bảo vệ môi trường, trong đó những chế tài xử phạt (cưỡng chế hành chính và xử lí hình sự) phải thực sự đủ mạnh để đủ sức răn đe các đối tượng vi phạm.
          Bên cạnh đó, cần xây dựng đồng bộ hệ thống xử lý môi trường trong các nhà máy, các khu công nghiệp theo các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, đồng thời tổ chức giám sát chặt chẽ nhằm hướng tới một môi trường tốt đẹp và thân thiện hơn với con người.
-      tăng cường công tác nắm tình hình, thanh tra, kiểm tra, giám sát về môi trường ,để kịp thời  ngăn chặn và xử lí ,triệt để những hành vi gây ô nhiễm môi trường của các tổ chức, cá nhân. 
-     chú trọng công tác quy hoạch ; tránh tình trạng quy hoạch tràn lan, thiếu đồng bộ, chồng chéo như ở nhiều địa phương . 
-     Đối với các khu công nghiệp, cần có quy định bắt buộc các công ty đầu tư hạ tầng phải xây dựng hệ thống thu gom, xử lí nước thải , 
-    mỗi người dân , hay khách du lich hãy
