Việc phân loại nợ vẫn chưa có phần mềm tự động, phải thực hiện trên chương trình báo cáo thống kê bán tự động. Do hạn chế của chương trình bán tự động, phụ thuộc nhiều vào khai báo và thao tác của cán bộ tín dụng, nên kết quả phân loại nợ, trích lập dự phòng của chi nhánh vẫn còn chưa chính xác.
