Phòng kế toán của chúng tôi đã trao đổi với ngân hàng Vietcombank và được phản hồi như sau: trong quá trình chuyển tiền, tên ngân hàng không đúng và thiếu Bank no, nên Vietcombank đã không nhận được và hệ thống ngân hàng trung gian của Vietcombank cũng không nhận được thông tin tiền gửi. Có thể tiền đặt cọc của bạn đang treo tại một ngân hàng trung gian của HSBC chi nhánh Việt Nam, vì nếu tiền gửi đang treo tại ngân hàng trung gian của Vietcombank chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ biết ngay. Vietcombank Nha Trang không thể giúp gì hơn trong trường hợp này vì tiền gửi không đúng tên của họ nên họ không có quyền hạn can thiệp.
Hiện tại chỉ có một giải pháp là bạn hãy yêu cầu HSBC làm việc với hệ thống trung gian của họ tại Việt Nam và gửi lại 100 triệu bạn đã đặt cọc về lại cho bạn, đã từng có một vài trường hợp tương tự xảy ra và tôi được biết việc này sẽ mất một khoảng thời gian. Việc gửi lại tiền đặt cọc sẽ chậm hơn một chút nhưng tôi sẽ cố gắn xin phép Lãnh Đạo vẫn giữ lại cho bạn gói khuyến mãi 50 triệu.
