Do những giới hạn của sự phát triển thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam, những quy định của chuẩn mực kế toán trong việc trình bày báo cáo tài chính của doanh nghiệp nên việc sử dụng giá trị thị trường là hết sức khó khăn
