Nhóm đã được thành lập và vấn đề kế tiếp là ai sẽ lãnh đạo? Mọi người nhường nhịn nhau vị trí mà nếu ở trong tình huống là lãnh đạo trong công ty thì mọi người sẽ đấu tranh đến hơi thở cuối cùng để đạt được. Tranh nhau vị trí lãnh đạo trong nhóm chẳng những không mang lại lợi ích gì ( ko đc cộng thêm điểm, chịu trách nhiệm nhiều hơn,..) mà còn thể hiện sự tham lam, ham muốn quyền lực, tạo ấn tượng không tốt với những thành viên mới quen, ảnh hưởng đến mối quan hệ sau này. Dù sao cũng chỉ là bài thuyết trình giống những môn học khác và nó đã không được đánh giá cao. Giống các nhà kinh tế học, việc tính toán chi phí, lợi ích được tôi và các thành viên tính toán rất tốt nên không môt ai trong chúng tôi xung phong làm lãnh đạo, vị trí được cho là thể hiên sự ham muốn quyền lực. Mọi người nhất trí để công bằng thì nên shared leadership nhưng nhiệm vụ của mỗi người đã không được đề cập. Và rốt cuộc chẳng ai biết mình phải làm gì.
