Trong trường hợp doanh nghiệp nhận góp vốn liên doanh của các đơn vị khác bằng vật liệu thì giá thực tế là giá do hội đồng liên doanh thống nhất định giá. Cộng với các chi phí khác (nếu có).

Phế liệu thu hồi nhập kho: trị giá thực tế nhập kho chính là giá ước tính thực tế có thể bán được.
Đối với vật liệu được tặng thưởng: giá thực tế tính theo giá thị trường tương đương cộng chi phí liên quan đến việc tiếp nhận.
