• Các yếu tố cơ sở vật chất, chương trình đào tạo, giảng viên, khả năng phục vụ,...có ảnh hưởng như thế nào đến sự hài lòng của sinh viên? (Câu hỏi đánh giá theo mức độ hài lòng 1-5)
