NÂNG CAO SỨC KHỎE NHÂN DÂN
Ngày 23/02, Bộ Chính trị ra Nghị quyết số 46-NQ/TW về bảo vệ, chăm sóc và nâng cao sức khỏe nhân dân.
Nghị quyết đề ra những mục tiêu cho thời gian tới như sau: 1/ Giảm tỉ lệ mắc bệnh và tử vong; 2/ Cải thiện tình trạng sức khỏe và tăng tuổi thọ; 3/ Cải thiện chất lượng nòi giống; 4/ Nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống và chất lượng nguồn nhân lực, đi đôi với việc hình thành đồng bộ một hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe ở tất cả các cấp cũng như những thói quen chăm sóc sức khỏe của nhân dân.
Để thực hiện các mục tiêu này, Nghị quyết yêu cầu cần phát triển và hoàn thiện hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe (trong đó có hệ thống dự phòng và mạng lưới y tế cơ sở);
