Có trách nhiệm mua Bảo hiểm đối với hàng hóa có giá trị cao (khi có yêu cầu tư vấn của bên B). Trong trường hợp bên A không đồng ý mua bảo hiểm, mọi phát sinh mất mát, hư hỏng trong quá trình vận chuyển không thuộc trách nhiệm của bên B
