Cán bộ NMT sẽ giúp các nhóm đồng bào dân tộc thiết kế và thành lập trang trại trên các mảnh đất do họ làm sở hữu gồm cả mua sắm vật liệu xây dựng nhà kính, lắp đặt các thiết bị canh tác nhằm đảm bảo rằng trang trại của họ được xây dựng và trang bị đúng với yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
