• Luận án đã sử dụng cách tiếp cận định lượng với phương pháp thống kê mô tả và mô hình hồi qui dựa trên số liệu thống kê có qui mô mẫu lớn, mang tính đại diện cho cả nước để đánh giá thực trạng bình đẳng giới trong tiếp cận đất sản xuất ở Việt Nam (trước đây các nghiên cứu chủ yếu sử dụng phương pháp định tính và phương pháp phân tích thống kê mô tả, hầu như có rất ít nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình hồi qui kinh tế lượng để phân tích, nếu có cũng chỉ dựa trên số liệu điều tra với giới hạn đối tượng điều tra trong phạm vi nhỏ). Phương pháp này giúp đưa ra bằng chứng khách quan và tin cậy.

• Dissertation used quantitative approach with statistical methods and regression model description based on statistics model of large scale, representing the country to assess the real situation of gender equality in the approach of land production in Vietnam (formerly the study mainly using qualitative methods and statistical analysis method description , very little research using econometric regression model to analyze if there is also only based on the Census with limited investigative subjects in small range).
